Aldonia Nash G. Jackson a native of Gonzales La., she was born on February 14, 1942 to the late Rev Henry and Leona Bartley Nash. Aldonia was baptized at an early age by the late Rev Morris Stephens at St. Paul Baptist Church. Aldonia married Alphonse Glover and to this union five children were born, later on in life she married Franklin Jackson and to this union they reared two granddaughters/daughters.

Aldonia departed this life on June 9, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family in Gonzales La.

Aldonia leaves to cherish her memories; three daughters, Jacquline G. Smith, Ladeale (Nathaniel) Owens, Lakeshia (Willie) Brown, three sons; Michael Glover Sr., Tyrone (Tanya) Glover all of Gonzales La., Ricky (Jessica) Glover of Labadieville La, 18 grandkids, 16 great grandkids, 5 loving sisters; Dora Williams, Ida Leblanc, Lubertha (Rudolph) Dempsey, Sylvia Nash all of Gonzales La., Diane (Harvey) Munday of Inglewood California, one brother; Melvin Nash and one son in-law; Louis Simmons Jr. both of Gonzales La., two godchildren; Lecah Frazier and Johnathon Bringier both of Gonzales La., along with a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude for the overwhelming amount of love shown to them during their moment of bereavement. No act of kindness has gone unnoticed, and a more formal thank you will be done at a later date.
