Annie M. Cornish, 78, a native and resident of Darrow, LA passed away July 28, 2023 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, Baton Rouge, LA.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 4, 2023, 5-8pm at Lawson-Rollins Purple Shield Funeral Home 511 W. Tobey Ave. Gonzales, LA 70737.        Funeral Service will begin at 11:00am Saturday, August 5 at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 3359 Jackson Ave. Darrow, LA 70725. Viewing 10am to service time. Pastor Earl J. Bell officiating.

Burial will follow in the Ebenezer BC Cemetery, Darrow.

She is survived by 2 sisters, Ruby and Gail Cornish; 1 brother, Dale Cornish. Nieces, Laquita, Trachelle and Amber; 7 Godchildren, 12 Great-Nieces and Nephews and a Host of Cousins, Students, Friends and Classmates.

Preceded in death by Mother, Mary Cornish; Grandparents, Horace and Mary L. Cornish, Brothers, Ronald and Donald Cornish and Emile Franklin.
