A retired nursing assistant and resident of Baton Rouge, she died Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at The Carpenter House, Baton Rouge. She was 57 and a native of Gonzales. Visiting at The Rock Church, P.O. Road, Prairieville, on Saturday, June 9, from 10 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by Steve Gautreaux. Interment in Brittany Community Cemetery. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Marla (Nathaniel); son and daughter- in-law, Elliot (Tiamyra); 4 sisters, 3 brothers, 3 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, 3 sisters, a brother and husband.
