Bruce Alexander Weams Sr. Was born to Audrey Broux and Alco Weams Sr on January 20, 1953. He was baptized at an early age at Mt. Gillion Baptist Church. He's a graduate of East Ascension High School and served in the U.S. Army.

He leaves to cherish his memories, a loving wife of 39 years, Bobbie Weams, four children, two daughters, LaRiandell Thompson, Britonya Weams, two sons Terrence Moore Sr., Bruce Weams Jr. eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren, two sisters, Lindel Brown, Jennifer Hilliard(James), Reginald Broux(Freda), Jason Broux & Dewayne James. Two uncles James Weams, Earl Henry, two aunts, Carrie Stevenson, Ollie Weams. A host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude for the overwhelming amount of love shown to them during their moment of bereavement. No act of kindness has gone unnoticed, and a more formal thank you will be done at a later date.
