Bryan Harvey, affectionately known as "Pipe", was born on December 5, 1962 In New Orleans, La to Lionel Sr. and Lois Harvey. He was one of six children. Bryan was raised in Convent, La and shared many special memories with his best friends, Johnny Whittington, Mark Brown,Sr and Michael Banks. In 1977, Bryan moved to Texas where he peacefully departed this life on February 10, 2014.

Bryan worked for many years as a crane operator at Weber Marine in Convent, La. After moving to Dallas, Tx he worked for several years at Tenneco Packaging Inc.

He will forever be cherished and remembered by his parents, Lionel Sr. and Lois Harvey of Gonzales, La; His only child, Maui Lucas of Darrow, La; his devoted fiancé Lisa Foster of San Francisco, Ca; one brother Lionel Jr.(Juanita) of Gonzales, La; Four sisters Jacqueline Stimpson (Verdell) of Dallas, Cassandra Harvey of San Diego, Ca, Sharnette Harvey and Lynette White (Calvin) of Gonzales, La; his God-mother Mildred Watis of Convent, La, and a goddaughter Lakeisha Harvey of Geismar, La; two cousins, Monica Douglas and Tyron Whittington, Sr who were both like siblings; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends who were blessed to know him.

He was preceded in death by his Paternal and maternal grandparents, uncles, aunts, 1 great nephew and his best friend Johnny Whittington.
