Allen of Geismar and Lorita and husband Gregory Powell of Pineville; 1 brother Albert and wife Gail Boudreaux of Geismar; children: Alfrieda W. Boudreaux of St. Gabriel, LA, Edwina Boudreaux of Sunshine, LA, Francine Williams of Carville, LA, Larita Boudreaux and Jermaine Boudreaux of Corsicana, Tx, Gregory Williams of St. Gabriel, LA. 14 Grandchildren and a goddaughter Tracy Gaines Jackson; Godfather William Bill Thompson; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Olevia Nelson Boudreaux and Albert Joe Boudreaux.
