Charles Crenshaw Jr., a native of Peterville and a resident of Hillaryville, La.; a retired Longshoreman and recipient of the "Purple Heart Medal" from the United States Army. He was born January 28, 1947 and died January 10, 2015 at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, Baton Rouge, La. Visiting at Hopeful Triumph Baptist Church Saturday, January 17, 2015 from 9:00 AM until religious service at 11:00 AM. Service conducted by Pastor Sidney Tobias. Interment in church cemetery. Survived by wife, Theresa Crenshaw and 1 aunt.
