Curtis Ray Williams was born on November 16, 1953 in St. Amant, Louisiana to the parentage of Felton Williams and Harriet Kellum. He passed away on March 14, 2022 at The Crossing at Clarity hospice Facility in Baton, Rouge, Louisiana at the age 68.
