Delacy Ronelle Harris was born on November 6, 1983 to Rethia Harris and Ricky Butler. He was raised in New Orleans, LA by his mother, Rethia Johnson, and his dad, Arthur Johnson III. He was also reared at an early age by Tony Williams. As a child Delacy came to know Jehovah God. Although he never committed to one religion, he prayed and believed in God. He was a kind and gentle soul that befriended all he met.

Delacy was preceded in death by his son, Ronelle Tony Harris, his father Ricky Butler, maternal grandmother, Hazel Harris, his grandfather, Johnny James, his uncle Larry Harris, his Aunt Demetra Smith and cousin Cody Brown.

Delacy leaves to cherish his memory, mother Rethia Johnson, dad Arthur Johnson III, two sons, Jermaine J Davis and Rondelle Arthur Harris, one daughter, Delacy Ericnell Harris, two brothers, Delany R. Harris (Christy) and Delancy R. Harris, two sisters, Sandra D. Johnson and Catrice Charbonnet (Kim), grandmother Mable James and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
