Donald Ray Palmer was born August 23, 1961, in Clinton, LA. He entered eternal rest September 6, 2021, at the Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA. He was baptized at an early age. Donald was a military veteran and served in Desert Storm. He also was employed by Walmart until his death. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 29 years, Jacqueline Carey Palmer; two sons: Dairius and Dontrell Palmer, Gonzales, LA; 7 sisters-in-law; and 3 brothers-in-law.

Donald was preceded in death by his daughter, Shandon Palmer, and his father, Eddie Palmer.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude for the overwhelming amount of love shown to them during their moment of bereavement. No act of kindness has gone unnoticed, and a more formal thank you will be done at a later date.
