Mr. Edward L. "Banks/O'Nine" Wilson age 77 a native and resident of St. Gabriel, La entered into eternal rest December 29, 2014, at The Crossing at Clarity Hospice, on Bluebonnet Boulevard. Edward Leonard "Banks" Wilson Jr. He was born November 1, 1937 to the union of the late Edward Wilson Sr. and Luella L. Wilson. He was formerly employed as a Cement Finisher. Edward leaves two devoted daughters, Carolyn "Peb/Pam" W.R. Robinson Gordon, Baton Rouge, La, and Rhonda Wilson, Los Angeles, Ca., three loving and devoted granddaughters , Vickie Watkins, Natasha Wilson, Rhyneshia Reddix of Baton Rouge, La; and a great granddaughter, Desiree A. Smith; A loving and devoted Sister Navonia (Herbert) Lewis. There will be visitation from 9:00 am-Services at 11 am at Mount Bethel B.C. 5651 Martin Luther King Prkwy, Carville, LA. Interment will be at Port Hudson Cemetery on Monday, Jan. 3, 2015.
