Elder Zenobia S. Batiste, a native of Prairieville, LA, entered eternal rest at the Carpenter House in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Saturday, April 10, 2020 at the age of 71. Private graveside service will be on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at Mt. Gillion Baptist Church Cemetery, Apostle Lloyd Benson officiating. Survived by her husband, Veloas Batiste; two sons, Kimothy Batiste and Shannon Batiste; as well as a host of relatives and friends.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude for the overwhelming amount of love shown to them during their moment of bereavement. No act of kindness has gone unnoticed, and a more formal thank you will be done at a later date.
