Emma Louise Lee-Thomas, 53, a native of Galvez, Louisiana and resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017, at her residence surrounded by her loving family and friends.


Emma is survived by her husband, Freddie Thomas Jr.; 1 daughter, Jessica Redina Lee; 2 sons, Warren Wardale Lee and Tyler Timothy Thomas; 2 grandchildren, Akira Brinae Lee and Brandon Warren Lee; her mother, Redina Mae Holmes-Lee, Galvez; father, Clarence(Julia) Hall Sr; 6 sisters, Lorraine(Ronald) Williams, Baker, La., Sandra(Israel) Evans, Meridian, Ms., Evelyn Johnson, Galvez, Roxie(Larry) Horton, Evans, Ga., Diane W.(James) Myles, Gonzales, La. and Gail Lee Earl, Darrow, La.; 8 brothers, Timothy Ray Lee, Galvez, Anthony Hall and Gary Lee, Gonzales, Daryl Bullock, Eddie Rodriguez and Marcus Rodriguez, New Orleans, Bruce Lee, Louisville, Ky. and Brian Lee, Donaldsonville, La.


She was preceded in death by her adopted father, Rev. Eddie Lee Sr., 1 brother, Clarence Hall Jr., maternal grandparents, Helen and Walter Holmes, paternal grandparents, Emma Hall and Johnny Armstrong Sr., and other relatives.
