He is survived by 4 brothers: Edward "LC" Thompson Jr, Melvin "Donnie" Thompson (Eilleen), Amos "Ricky" Thompson (Melvina), Lee Andrew Thompson (Jeannette); 1 sister: Hazel Thompson Augillard (Michael).
He is preceded in death by his parents Edward Thompson Sr., Catherine Mingo Thompson, Sister Rita Mae Thompson, and paternal grandparents Cleveland and Rebecca Mingo.
