Hayes Youngblood Jr, 82, a native of Head of Island Louisiana, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Gonzales Healthcare Center in Gonzales, Louisiana. Viewing will be held on Saturday, June 6 , 2020 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at Second Zion Travelers Missionary Baptist Church 19876 Hwy 22 Maurepas, LA 70449. Service will begin after viewing at 11:30am – 12:30pm, Pastor Brian Bradford officating. Burial at Goodwill Cemetery Head of Island, Louisiana will follow. He is survived by his children Willie Youngblood Sr. (Rosalind), Terry Youngblood, Sharon Youngblood; his grandchildren Timesia Blackmore (Bryan), Terell Jackson (Terri), Rodderick Jackson (Christy), Ashley Bell (Gerard),  Brandon Dock, Willie Youngblood Jr, Khadija Youngblood, Yauntai Youngblood, and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and family.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude for the overwhelming amount of love shown to them during their moment of bereavement. No act of kindness has gone unnoticed, and a more formal thank you will be done at a later date.

**There will be an invitation-only family service not to exceed 10 people at a viewing, memorial/religious service, or graveside service due to the restrictions of the current COVID-19 pandemic**
