Henry Phillips Jr. was born on August 12, 1922, to the parentage of Tee Ross and Henry Phillips Sr. of Clinton, Louisiana. He departed this life on July 31, 2014, in Gonzales, Louisiana. He was 91. He leaves to cherish his memory 1 step-son, Dr. Richard Rayborn Sr., 5 nieces: Fannie Spurlock, Margie Collins, Lulia Johnson, Dorothy Ezeff and Gloria Sipplien; 1 nephew, Mack Phillips and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Monday, August 4, 2014 at The Christian Assembly Full Gospel Baptist Church 42158 Hwy 941 Gonzales, La. Visitation will be Monday, 9 am to service time at 11 am. Burial in the church cemetery.
