Joann Stephens, 68, was born August 16, 1954, to Ella Brown Stephens and Alfred Stephens, Sr. in Prairieville, Louisiana. She passed away August 17, 2022 at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital. Joann was a resident of Port Allen, Louisiana.

Joann is survived b a son, Brian Stephens and daughter, Tanya Stephens; two grandchildren, Cedric Boudreaux and Mekhi Cyrus; a sister, Better Stephens and brother, Wilton Stephens Sr.; and a host of relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by parents, Ella Brown Stephens and Alfred Stephens Sr.; step-mother, Gloria Stephens; sisters, Hattie Young and Verna Stephens Lewis, and brother, Alfred Stephens Jr.
