John Edward Prestly Jr. a native of Darrow Louisiana, passed away Dec. 10, 2018 at his home.

John is survived by and leaves to cherish his memories, his birth Mother, Annie Lee Barrow, Sons, and daughters: Reuben (Shantel) Prestly, Herchel Prestly Sr., Courtney (Ashley Sr.) Oliver, Sabrina Prestly Angelica Prestly & (Fiancé- Dwayne Myles), Sisters: Charmaine (John) Sandolph, and Shawndolyn Barrow, Brothers: Andrew Johnson, James Barrow Jr., Anthony Barrow, & Sheldon Barrow, Aunts: Elmina Randall, Golena Prestly, Lucille Arceneaux, Alma Lee (Melton) Stewart, & Ida Coco, Adopted Children: Terrance Wayne, Thomas Davis, Rhonda Jimmerson, Louise Allen, and Courtney Scott, 2 close like Brothers Clarence Jackson, and Carl Wilson, 25 grandchildren, and 2 Great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and love ones.

John was preceded in death by his parents John and Ruby Prestly Sr., Son John Prestly III, Daughter Tiffany Prestly, Grandson Herchel Prestly Jr., Brother Elridge Cloyd & Kenneth Barrow, Sister Alphia O. Barrow and Aunt Elouise Spriggs
