A resident of St. Gabriel, La, He died at 8:01am Wednesday, May14,2014 at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, La of Lymphoid Leukemia. He was 65 years of age and a native of Opelousas, La. Joseph leaves to mourn; a wief, Roxanne M Jones, 2 daughters;Gwen Scieneaux(Darrow La) and Amanda Jones(Geismar,La), A step-daughter Brittany Mitchell(Donaldsonville,La), 3 sisters, 4 brothers, 15 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and relatives. Visitation will be held Saturday May 24, 2014 at Iberville Christian Center located at 4070 Hwy 30 St. Gabriel, La from 8:00am-10:30am with funeral services following at 11:00am.
