Leroy "Fly" Joseph Parms, 66, a resident of Baton Rouge, LA earned eternal rest on January 25, 2022 at the Jefferson Manor Nursing Home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Leroy was born March 19, 1955 in Prairieville, LA to the late Isaac and Elizabeth Parms.He is survived by his brothers Issac "Boone" Parms, Jr. and Clarence (Carmen) Parms; several nieces; a nephew; and his only child Cedric (Shannon) Parms and his grandchildren Demond and Braelynn Parms.

He was preceded in death by siblings Ivory (Andrew) Daigre, Eva (Emory) Thompson, and sister-in-law Kathleen (Isaac, Jr.) Parms.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude for the overwhelming amount of love shown to them during their moment of bereavement. No act of kindness has gone unnoticed, and a more formal thank you will be done at a later date.
