Mary Darville Miller entered eternal rest on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at the age of 89. She was a resident of Prairieville. She was married to the late Jimmy Miller of Geismar, LA. She was a beloved wife, mother sister, aunt, and grand/great- grandmother.

She leaves her five children; Wallace Washington (Terry), Dianne Payton (late Chester Jr.), Alma Lynn Pinell (late Anthony), Cathy Sullivan (late Henry Jr.), and Calvin Stephens Jr. (Shalendra), her grandchildren; Chateryl Washington, Lakeitha Chanel Bonds, Chaston Payton, Calandra Elliot, Candace Washington, Reniesa Pinell, Taylor Underwood, and a host of great grandchildren to cherish her memories.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Miller, her daughter Peggy Stephens, and her son-in-laws; Henry Sullivan Jr., Chester Payton Jr., and Anthony Pinell. She was the daughter of Theodore and Elmer Darville.

She leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She will be greatly missed.
