Miguel Antwine Joseph was born July 26, 1980 at Earl K. Long Hospital in Baton Rouge. He was reared in Darrow, Louisiana and later moved to the Capital House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in 2002.

Miguel Antwine Joseph accepted Christ as his personal Savior and was baptized while as resident at the Capital House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center by the facility's Chaplain. He departed this life on January 22, 2018 at 9:30 PM at Ochsner Healthcare Center in Baton Rouge.

" Wiennie" as he was affectionately called, was the oldest of his siblings. He was educated in Ascension Parish Public School System. He was one who loved his family … especially his mother, his siblings, family and friends. There was never a dull moment with them, always laughter, smiles, cries, and lots of love. In spite of his condition, he never gave up. He was given the entrepreneur title and was known as "The Sweet Man", and the avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys.

Miguel Antwine Joseph leaves to cherish his loving, precious memories to his Mother, Terri Joseph Green and her special devoted friend, Darryl Hardy; Father, Gary (Wanda) Miles; Devoted and Dedicated Step-Father, Phillip Davis Green, Jr.; Four sisters, Kenya Joseph (Eric), Latoya Joseph (Tyrone), LaTerri Joseph (Danny), and Tesheka Williams; Three brothers, Tramell Joseph (Myeshia), Berris McKnight, and Javon Mills; Aunts, Pamela Cary, Andrea Joseph, Enga Chatman, Ericka (Phillip) Gaines, Sr., Yolanda Garrison, Polly (Terrance) Young, Penny (David) Jones, Mary Lawrence, Vera (Sherman) O'Bear, Corelia Verrette; Uncles, Eugene (Tamika) Miles, Felton (Gwen) Miles and Monroe Miles; God-Parents, Thyra Smith and Allen Joseph, Sr.; Two special cousins, Candace Joseph and Tiffany Palmer; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Miguel Antwine Joseph was preceded in death by one sister, maternal and paternal grandparents, three aunts, and one cousin.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude for the overwhelming amount of love shown to them during their moment of bereavement. No act of kindness has gone unnoticed, and a more formal thank you will be done at a later date.
