Olevia Jackson Dunbar, age 71, resident of Geismar, Louisiana passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Visitation will 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Bethany Worship Center (The Warehouse), 11107 Honore Ln., Baton Rouge, Louisiana followed by funeral service at 11:00 AM to 12 noon.  Pastor Gerardo Vagus is the officiating minister. Burial will be in the Von Hoffa Cemetery(Mt.  Olive), 37052 Martin Luther King Street, Darrow Louisiana 70725.

Survived by children, five (5) daughters, Tracey Dunbar and Vanessa Stewart, Geismar, Louisiana, Sharon Denise Dunbar and Dawn Lewis, Gonzales, Louisiana and Cassandra Davis, Prairieville, Louisiana: two (2) sons, Adam Dunbar, Gonzales, Louisiana and Shawn Dunbar, Prairieville, Louisiana, ten (10) grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends

Preceded in death by her husband Robert Dunbar Jr., one son Robert Dunbar III one (1) grand daughter Olivia Dunbar.
