Quavis Niguel Perkins ("QP"), age 43, a native and resident of Gonzales, Louisiana passed away on November 28, 2016 at Ochsner Medical Center, New Orleans, Louisiana.

Quavis  ("QP")  is survived by is lovely wife Rozina C. Perkins; father, Louis Perkins Sr.; one sister, Demetrill Deverteuil; two brothers, Louis Jr. and Troylin Perkins.

Quavis ("QP") is proceeded in death by his son Chandler Perkins; mother, Virginia J. Perkins; father-n-law, Irvin Withmore; paternal grandparents, Lemar and Heneritta James; fraternal grandparents, Aristeal and Julia Craig Sr.; two uncles and five aunts.
