Riley Williams, a resident of St. Gabriel, La. and native of New Orleans, La. passed away on February 27, 2016 at Clarity Hospice of Baton Rouge, La. at the age of 70.

He is survived by 1 daughter, Ladrekea Billion, New Orleans, La.; 2 sons, Keenan Ward and Terrance Carter; 3 sisters, Barbara, Isabell, and Leola, and Emma Mae Towles, San Antonio, Tx; 2 brothers, James (Willie Belle) and Larry (Elodie), 11 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild, and a friend of the family, Addonis Joseph.

He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Zim Towels Williams; 3 brothers, Joseph, Frank and Voyd Williams; 2 sisters, Valencia W. Favorite and Nancy W. Nelson.
