RONALD WAYNE CARTER was born August 20, 1960, in New Orleans, La to the parentage of the late Arthur and Carrie Brown Carter, Sr. Ronald was the "baby of the family" of six children. He entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at the age of 54.



He confessed the Lord Jesus and accepted Christ at an early age at Hopeful Baptist Church.



Ronald leaves to cherish loving memories his devoted wife, Stacey Ursin Carter, one step-son: Vashon (Kari) Ursin, Sr. of Gonzales, LA.; two step-daughters, Tamnoika (Esmond) Ursin of St. James, LA and Shevonne Ursin of Gonzales, LA, one sister Antis Carter Landry of Athens, Georgia, two brothers: Edward (Mary) Carter, Donald (Cheryl) Carter both of Gonzales, LA., one godson, Donovan Carter of Birmingham, Al, along with a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.



He was preceded in death by parents Arthur and Carrie Brown Carter, Sr. one brother Authur Carter Jr., one sister Mary Eloise Carter, and four brothers-in-law, Bernell Gibbs , Eugene Landry, Wayne Ursin and Robert Ursin, two sister-in-law, Jean Smith and Joanne Breaux , one stepdaughter, Ronivia Ursin, godparents, Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Green, Sr. and a host of aunts and uncles.
