Steve was one of 3 children. He was a beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, family member and friend to all. He loved to make every laugh and smile.

Steve was a member of Life Cathedral Worship Center, pastored by Chief Apostle Dr. Lloyd Benson Sr.

He leaves to cherish  his precious memories: His loving mother Valena Johnson, loyal brother Lawrence Earl Jr( Mekisha Prejean Earl), son Steven Earl Jr, 2 daughters Stevie Earl and Skyla Hebert ( Rohan Welcome) 3 grandchildren ,grandson Braxton James Davis, granddaughters Sa'Moya Welcome & Nyomi Welcome, Niece Lauren Earl , nephews Evan Earl & Mylan Earl ,Aunts: Doris Darville, Sophie Hunt (Leroy), Viola Bringier , Ann Watson , Lena Stephens Delores Johnson Uncles: Louis Earl Jrand Welma Earl

He is preceded in death by his father Lawrence Earl, Sr, brother LeVal "Fish" Earl maternal grandparents: Henry and Lena Johnson, Sr., paternal grandparents Louis Earl Sr and Vivian Earl ,one aunt Eloise "Wezzy" Jackson, three uncles: Henry Johnson Jr. and Ferdinand "Tiny" Johnson, Bobby Earl cousins: Austin "Joe" Darville Jr., Deidra Earl, Leonard Watson Jr, Candice Jackson Hayes, CaTarsha "Tish" Jackson,
