Theresa S. Crenshaw, a native and lifelong resident of Hillaryville, Louisiana, departed this life on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at her residence.

Theresa leaves to cherish her precious memories five sisters: Dorothy Bontemps of San Diego, California; Lillian Stevens (Mitch) of Ramona, California; Clara Taylor and Nora Andrews of Hillaryville, Louisiana; and Margaret White of Geismar, Louisiana. She is also survived by three brothers: Leroy Stevens (Elaine), Alvin Stephens (Joan) of Gonzales, Louisiana, and Joseph Malarcher (Angela)of Convent, Louisiana; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who will forever treasure her memory.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Crenshaw; her parents, Phillip and Sophie Stephens; her brother and sister-in-law, Phillip Jr. and Geraldine Stephens; her brother-in-law, Otis Taylor; her sister, Ella Irvin; her niece, Latonya Taylor; and her nephews, Terry Stephens and Lucius Taylor.
