Obituary

Tony Terrell Miles, Sr was born on October 2, 1983, in Baton Rouge, La to Angel Miles and the late Tony Johnson. Although known as Tony, by Family and friends, we called him Terrell. Terrell loved sports and fishing. He was also an avid football player during his time at St. Amant High School. He went on to graduate from St. Amant High School on May 15 , 2003. He started Landscaping with a close family friend, Johnathan Smith at Scapes Lawncare and became his right hand. Terrell was the little league head coach for the Prairieville Broncos and also the Bayou Ballers for many years and although born and breed in Louisiana, you would hear him cheering Roll Tide, but this further highlights his love for sports. If Terrell wasn’t working with Johnathan, coaching with Jared, he would be on the fishpond with his kids, family and friends.

God was at the center of Terrell's life, and his family held a place just as deeply rooted in his heart. His faith guided him, while his love for his family shaped the way he lived, loved, and showed up for those around him. He leaves to cherish his loving memories, his mother Angel Miles, his two kids; Tony Terre l Miles, Jr and Shylar Elise Miles, his siblings Anthony Miles of Gonzales, La, Terrence Miles (Kassi) of Plainview, TX, Spanada Miles (Keith) of Columbus, MS, Christopher Miles (Keisha) Qunicy Miles (Summer) of Gonzales, La. and Tyquincia Wiliams (Josh) Violet, La. 11 loving nieces and nephews, a loving circle of godchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. He passed away alongside his beloved partner Melissa Marie Bright Bennett.

He was proceeded in death by his Father Tony Johnson, Grandparents Robert Lee Blunt, Sr, Carrie Blunt, Margie Mae and Isiah Johnson, his Uncle Hysom Blunt “Rango”, Aunt Dana Brown “Nettie”, Darne l Johnson and Alton Johnson.
