Tyashia Tyonda Perkins was born October 29, 1985, to Louis L. Perkins Jr., & Sherri M. Perkins.  She departed this life on October 19, 2022, at her home surrounded by the love of her family.

Her memories will forever be in our heart, her parents Louis & Sherri Perkins, Jr., one brother Shaquille Perkins, two sisters Shantalaciea Perkins and Bree-yann Perkins, two nephews Camron Irvin and Cayden Hilliard, four nieces Caleigh Perkins, Bayleigh Roberts, Jade Joseph and Jailah Joseph, six aunts, Renee Lewis, Shantell Prestly, Demetrial Deverteuil, Joan Prestly, Rozina Perkins and Sennet Perkins,  six uncles, Jerome Prestly, Dwright Moncrief, Danifeyell Prestly, Troylin Perkins, Joseph Deverteuil, and Melvin Lewis, three specials friends Robbie Hall, Tori Fountain and Danny Collins.  A host of cousins, relatives and friends.

She was proceeded in death by one brother Louis Perkins, III, grandparents James Moncrief & Golena Prestly, Louis & Virginia Perkins, Sr., paternal great grand parents Alvin & Earline Prestly, and Bessie Moncrief, maternal great grand parents Lemar & Heneritta James, and Dan & Margaret Perkins, Sr., one uncle Quavis Perkins.
