Veronica Ann Lewis Green, Affectionately known as "Vee or Ronnie", was born in New Orleans, LA, on September 20 1967. As the youngest daughter of 7 children, she was cherished by her parents, the late Melvin Lewis Sr. and the late Leontine Holland Lewis- Lyons. She along with her siblings were reared in church and taught God's word.

Veronica was baptized at Progressive Baptist church by Rev. Brown. She was a devoted member of the EIWM for over 30 years under the teaching of Apostle Leroy Thompson Sr. Sister Veronicawas best known for her dynamic personality, tenderhearted nature and strong faith. She was an entrepreneur who specialized in Marketing within the medical field.

Saturday, Oct 7 ^th , 2017, her earthly life came to an end at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center

Cherishing her memories, she leaves her beloved husband, Anthony Green Sr. Onedaughter: Raven Green and Step Daughter, Quinta Wilson. One son: Anthony Green Jr.and Three reared sons: CPL Jeramie Green (Lindsey), John Vigers and Terrell Browden (Shonda).4 Grandchildren: Zyriaon, Zaray, Dwayne Jr. and Amiya. Canine Companion: Kennedy Green.  3 Sisters: Flora Ricks (Nathan), Patrice Harvey (Thomas), Joyce Wilson (Tucker).Two Brothers: Jason Lewis & Melvin Lewis (Renée.) Mother-n-law: Pearl Green. 4sister-in-laws: Debra York, Cherlyn Moore (Ricky), Yolanda Green and Rhonda Green. 2 Brother-in-Laws: Jimmy Green III (Lisa) and Donovan Green (Kim). Daughter –in-Law: Carla Finklea Green Special Cousin: Lakeisha Holland Jordan (Alcee).Special Friend: Linda Ledoux Godmother: Irma Holland Marshall and Godfather Thomas Thompson.  4 God Children: O'Kedria Smith, Kentrell Lewis, Bryant Washington and Kensley Lewis.  A host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was proceded in death by her parents and step father Percy Lyons Jr. One Sister: Florence Lewis Landry and two sons: Reggie Green and Anthony Green.
